Before the new begins

Time for unclaimed moments

Dear all,

As the year closes, many of us are carrying more than we expected. Some things worked, some didn’t, and some questions remain open. This is not a setback—it’s simply what a lived year looks like.

Therefore, the year-end is not a moment for conclusions, but rather for gentle reflection and awareness: for noticing what the past twelve months asked of us, and what it may have taken in return.

We know how easy it is to keep going without checking in with ourselves. But pausing is neither a retreat nor a luxury. It is how we stay connected to ourselves, our values, our work, and who we are becoming.

Perhaps only one question is enough to carry forward:

What do I need to take care of in order to keep doing what I love, and to do it well?

In this spirit, we wish you a few wonderful, unclaimed moments in the week ahead, and a new year entered with clarity, engagement and a deepening trust in your own judgment.

Warm regards,

Barbara and Mary Elizabeth
